I have bought a few tickets from Air Asia, I bought it last year. My sis is not going for the holiday so I was thinking if can transfer her name to another. I can be assuring to tell you that it is impossible because the tickets are bought under promo period.
Instead of making the phone call to Air Asia, it is easier to email them using their website. I have called them before and I hate waiting in lines. Sometimes you just miss out on what you want to ask and you got to call them again.
Now AirAsia have assigned each passenger with specific seat number. Thats so lame.
