Kenny Rogers ROASTERS (KRR) announced that the 10^th ROASTERS Health Watch (RHW) challenge is back and it is open for submissions. In its 10^th year running, this year’s theme is Intervarsity Health War – it is introduced with an aim to further drive home the message that healthy living begins young. 

Together with Original Bootcamp, the organisers of one of the toughest physical challenge, Viper Challenge, RHW this year will see selected participants go through a 5-week health management programme ala bootcamp style with the help of the coaches from Original Bootcamp, Participants will also be equipped with proper diet plans with the aid of KRR.

Tell me have you ever experienced a tough contest? I know that I have taken part in many contests and each has given me a different experienced. This contest that I am referring to is the one to win $500 cash and iPod Nano.

I knew the contest was going to be tough and hard to win. In fact we are still waiting for the contest result. I can tell you that my points in this contest is 1176 points, bear in mind I am not the one with the highest score. You can still check the score at the contest post.

Big Mak Blog Contest is over

Yeah I am still waiting to know the result of Big Mak Blog Contest. We only get to know the result at 8pm tonight. Who do you think is gonna get away with the First Prize? I have no idea as I have tried my best in taking part. It is not that easy to digg the posts like some people do.

The score of top five contestants which are not final yet but we can see that first spot has got 5671 points, 2nd spot has got 4217 points, 3rd spot has got 2331. This was a challenging contest for me. Everyone was so active in participating. Participants that are active in his contest are WebbieLady, Rosa, Pehpot, Rolly, and who else I miss out?

No doubt I can see that Makoy's contest is a success! The contest mechanics are different from contest that I have taken part, I mean to say there is more work to do like you need to tweet, digg, do blog review.

Retiring from contest?

I am thinking if I should retired from contest, I am so tired lately. As you know I have been busy with biggest contest and it is a real challenge for me. There are active contestants and everyone wanting to win. When comes to money, I am sure everyone want grab the chance to win. Who does not like money?

What motivates you?

I like to know what motivates you. Care to share with me? I think what motivates me are the contests that I took part. I love contest and I choose to take part mostly contest which is open for International.

There is one contest that over not long ago. I hope to see that I am one of the Winners. I take each contest as a challenge. I always do what I love to do. I know sometimes things just not go along as I planned.

We have so many things to do in life. I am sure everyone wants to enjoy their life. There is good time and bad time. I do not like to think of bad time and always keep myself occupied. Blogging is one of most important that I like to keep it going.

If you have motivation I know you will want to stick to it. Tey has mentioned that I starting to motivate her to do something. I like to know what that is. Some people have the motivation to play their favorite games. I am sure they are referring to the Online Slot Machines. I am still a beginner in playing slot games. I have so much to learn. I will take time to learn I just need to read more tips on playing them.
